We have passed ISO9001: 2000 certification, TUV CE conformity. With rich production experience, strong technique power and strong production capacity, we can make straight line wire drawing machines and spool pay-off and take-up wire machine, trunk take-up wire machine, respooler, pointing machine, etc. Plenty of excellent equipments have been provided to many famous companies in China, and exported to Southeast Asia and the West. Bringing in advanced wire drawing technology from Germany, and combining with advanced technology in China, we have developed it further and promote it. At present, we can produce kinds of straight line main machine, whose drum diameter is below Φ 1270. Also, we can produce pay-off and take-up wire machine and respooler, whose spool diameter is below Φ 1600. They are used for drawing kinds of wires, such as high carton steel wire, prestressed wire, spring steel wire, Al cladding steel wire, steel cord for radial tyre, flux-cored wire, MIG wire and non-ferrous metal.
We develop and produce AS8/700 Al cladding steel wire drawing line, and flux-core wire production line of Φ 400, Φ 500. They are used by batches in listed company of Xinhua Metal Products Co., Ltd and Advanced Technology & Materials Co., Ltd. The application properties have reached advanced level of foreign equipments.
